(French version of rice pudding)
- 4 ltr milk
- 1c arborio rice
- 1c sugar
- Pinch of salt.
- Vanilla 1tb. (or Darchini/Elachi)
- Bring to boil
- Simmer for 1 hour
- Add 1 egg yolk & mix
0ven 150c/30min (uncovered)
Let cool
Sugar Crust: Sprinkle sugar on top. Melt sugar with a blow torch, if you have, or place under a grill.
